​We have over 10 years' experience in big 4 consulting, boutique and medium firms as procurement practitioners and prior to that 20 years' experience in the Victorian public sector. In addition to our standard services, we can help you with business development opportunities as we understand how government procurement works as we have been on all sides of the process.

We have an extensive government network and therefore can design a business development strategy to align to your business growth.

I am a procurement leader, specialising in strategic sourcing and contract management, with over 20 years’ experience in complex technical and commercial environments. I have successfully led large-scale programs for government clients.

I am committed to continuous improvement initiatives, fostering strong vendor relationships, effective stakeholder management and fair negotiation practices. My goal is to achieve value for money while delivering on business outcomes.

We have had the privilege of leading some challenging yet exciting procurement transformation programs in sectors such as health, education, justice, emergency, environment and infrastructure. This experience has given us a deep understanding of local, central and broader procurement policies.
